Michelle from over at Consuming Louisville sends over another art-car tip . This time, it’s a cell photo of a van spotted in town offering bike safety advice. It appears to be affiliated with Safe Kids , an accident prevention group, and Kosair Children’s Hospital. The van implores children to obey road rules like stop signs.
