So why couldn’t Louisville get the progressive, Billionaire Jewish mayor instead of the unimaginative schlub-for-life that has kept the city from even coming close to reaching it’s real potential.
I suggest convincing Brandon to kidnap Janette Sadik-Khan, bring her to Louisville and in a fit of stockholm syndrome, she decides to stay and knock some heads to get some real change going in the ‘Ville from an urban planning/transportation standpoint.
Seriously though, all the changes and policies PlaNYC have instituted over the last few years have cost almost nothing in terms of extra tax monies to implement. All it takes is the foresight (and political will) to work them into the exisiting system.
Sadly, neither Fischer or Heiner even come close to having a clue or desire to replicate what is on this video and I won’t even argue the unfortunate moot point of Jackie Green’s chances of getting into office.
