It’s Neighborhood Derby time! It’s been a few years, but we’re bringing back the Broken Sidewalk Neighborhood Derby, the superlative ranking among Louisville’s neighborhoods on both sides of the river. New Albany remains the ‘hood to beat as we go into this year’s competition, and the competition will be tough as neighborhoods across the city have been changing rapidly over the past year.
