re: the shelby campus road celebration: make that a wake or, i guess, at this point, a memoriam.
a grouping of 8 very simple and elegant early-60s residence halls by renowned architects perkins & will was destroyed to make that road happen.
re: LEED for arena: a way to make entertainment and excess look less bad?
The headline for the Lexington streetcar article is a complete sham. What the group is considering is a people mover type project primarily for the UK campus.
The streetcar concept is far from their minds.
