A nondescript tan building on the southwest corner of First and Liberty Streets has been declared surplus by the City of Louisville meaning it can be sold for redevelopment. Now it’s time for you, Broken Sidewalkers, to play developer and plan the future of the site.

There’s plenty wrong with the current two-story building, but should it be reused or torn down and built anew? What does this somewhat forgotten corner of Downtown need to bring some life to the area? Whether you go grand and ignore all budgetary constraints or offer a more pragmatic solution, sound off your ideas in the comments.
