Interested in the urban life living Downtown? Fancy yourself a modern flâneur in the city of fleur-de-lis? This Sunday, the Louisville Downtown Partnership is holding an open house for Downtown Louisville, showing off some of the newest residential options in the city’s core.
The 14th Downtown Living Tour takes place on Sunday, September 20 from 10:00a.m. through 3:00p.m. A shuttle to the properties on the tour will leave from Louisville Slugger Field, 401 East Main Street.
“Each year, we are thrilled to showcase the many tremendous residential options available in Downtown Louisville,” Rebecca Matheny, Executive Director of LDP, said in a statement. “We are expecting even more interest than usual this year due to the 900 new residential units that have been announced or are under development in Downtown Louisville.”
Five properties are already confirmed for this weekend’s tour, including:
- 800 City Tower Apartments
- Lofts of Broadway
- The Fleur de Lis on Main Street
- Galt House Suite Apartments
- 310 @ NuLu
Besides getting the inside scoop on some of the city’s newest residences, LDP staff and representatives from the Louisville Downtown Residents Association (LDRA) will also be on hand to answer question and discuss the benefits of living an urban lifestyle.
