The Marseilles on Cherokee Road began sporting scaffolding less than a month ago and now is in the process of applying stucco. Already, the tan colored facades are visible on the front and back of the building with the sides likely to soon follow.
On our snowy visit today, we noticed one possible change on the main door from the rendering posted out front. It appears the glass half-round window sitting above the front door may not have made it into the final design. The opening is still wide enough to accommodate a double door as shown, but it would have looked quite nice with the added height. We’ll see where it goes from here.
