Branden founded Broken Sidewalk in 2008 while practicing architecture in Louisville. He continued the site for seven years while living in New York City, returning to Louisville in 2016. Branden is a graduate of the College of Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis, and has covered architecture, design, and urbanism for The Architect's Newspaper, Designers & Books, Inhabitat, and the American Institute of Architects.

I’ve recently relocated to Louisville from Chicago; I would like to have participated in this event. Are there planned future gatherings of this sort?
@Joel Thomas – Welcome to Louisville. I don’t think this is a regular thing, but I could be wrong. I just happened on it. So, the smart-aleck answer is “hang around Garage Bar and watch for urban planners,” but more seriously you should watch for Sustainable City Series meetings at Glassworks and maybe the US Green Bldg Council Kentucky Chapter Green Scene meetings.
